In this agreement clause headings are for convenience and are not to be used in its interpretation. In this agreement, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following expressions bear the meanings assigned to them below and similar expressions bear corresponding meanings:
The agreement is conditional on meeting the required eligibility score set by us before accessing credit.
With what we offer, no such will be included onto the credit applied for regardless of the amount
You are responsible for any payment concerning credit from R 5000 and above. The only fee that we will charge on a monthly basis will be a service fee but not on amounts below R 5000.
If you do not meet the required conditions in terms of repaying the credit in points within 30 days, your eligibility score will be reset and no other charges will occur nor a default letter.
The form of payment concerning the amount advanced will be paid in a form of points and settled in points. You will have to meet the payment quota per month to prevent the reset of the eligibility score.
Note that service fees will be payable for a minimum of 12 months or more
We will reset your eligibility score to zero thus you would have to accumulate points again to be able to access credit.
Disbursement of the loan
An agreement will come into effect only after you have successfully met the required conditions. We will deposit the amount into your account within 24-72 hours.
Your loan will not be subject to any interest regardless of the amount.
