The movie industry as a whole is big and such certain genre's still make a lot of money once they are being released worldwide. You can be part of something that we hope you embark on with us.

We will be focus on producing few movie genre's such as but not limited to drama, thriller and horror. Revenue sharing for this will be quarterly or semi-annually and regardless of contribution a share of 25% of the proceed will be shared amongst everyone who contributed.

Costs and Benefits

  • Costs
    • You can pay R 14.95 application fee to participate in this. Thus resulting in a revenue share of 25%.
    • You can apply to participate in this for free using points but not that you would only get 12.25%
    • The points you contribute may help in raising the necessary funds
    • Alternatively you set a pledge amount you wish to contribute but note that no transaction will occur once we have reached a certain number of participants.
  • Benefits
    • Earn a quarterly/semi-annual revenue share
    • You can contribute on movie by movie basis
    • Your name will be added into the credits of each movie made
    • Get first access on the premiere of the movie
    • Additional revenue share may derive from merchandise opportunities

Payout Type

On Revenue This means the payout percentage will be based on the total revenue generated by the project. For example, Project A generates R 1 million and the payout to contributors will be R 250,000 (i.e. 25%) which will be divided equally amongst each other. Note that the payout may differ on a project basis.

On Contribution This means the payout percentage will be based on the total amount contributed towards the project. Example A: If the contributed amount is R 1 million with a 25% payout (i.e R 250,000), this means regardless of the revenue generated, the total payout will be fixed for the payout duration. Example B: lets say you have contributed R 1000, the payout will be R 312.5 (25% of R 1000 = R 250 x 25% + 250) per year or R 26 per month for the duration of 60 months.

What is revenue share?

It is a form of agreement whereby an organization/company agrees to share a certain percent of its revenue among backers/contributors

How is it different from dividends?

You would still get paid regardless of how much revenue is generated and as such, there wouldn't be any decrease in percentage that has been agreed upon.

When will I get paid?

Payments will be disbursed on a monthly/quarterly depending on your preference

When will It commence?

We hope it will be built within 4-6 months in around Gauteng, but we will update everyone who has shown interest

How many people can participate?

As many but it will be limited to a certain number of people but it will be dependent on the amount each person contributes.

Can I contribute later?

Yes you can contribute once the grocery store is in operations but not that the revenue share in terms of duration will be less.
